Retro Wednesday: Retro Cars of the Future

Cars range from the practical to the flashy, and they always have.  During the 50s, 60s, and 70s, before they had the computers and advanced gadgetry of today, designers managed to dream up some especially rad ones.  Some of these so-called “vehicles of the future” actually hit it spot-on, incorporating technologies that didn’t actually exist yet in the practical world – GPS, rear-view cameras, electric power – inspiring the cars of today.  But the thing that all of these cars actually had in common is that they looked really, really cool and made kids around the world believe that the future would actually look just like the Jetsons!
