Victor Vasarely

“My art transposes nature thus one more time, this moment right now, the one of physics that renders the world physically comprehensible.”

Peter Max + Paper Airplanes = Way Cool

Published in a small format paperback in 1971, the Peter Max Paper Airplane Book is beyond cool.  Each page features amazing graphics, and a foldable paper airplane so that kids could “get [their] message across with a paper airplane in cosmic colors!”  Yes please.

General Dynamics Posters

General Dynamics is a United States aerospace and defense company with really good style.  Or at least they had someone up high that suggested that the company make war and atomic experimentation look a bit more sexy, you know, to sell it to the public.  So in the 50s they hired graphic designers Erik Nitsche and later Matthew Leibowitz and the results are propaganda that is beyond beautiful.

The Work of Peter Saville

Peter Saville created some of the most iconic record covers from the 70′s and 80′s right up until the present day. His list of clients include the legendary Factory Records and their artists such as Joy Division and New Order as well as Peter Gabriel, OMD, Pulp, Bjork, Suede and many others.

Google him and check out more of his work.  Totally rad.  Here is a great website to learn more.
