So obviously public service announcements have been around for a long, long time. I remember watching my brain on drugs in the frying pan when I was young, as I’m sure many others do. But, there were have been quite a few amazingly creative (i.e. bizarre) PSAs over the years. From James Dean reminding kids to not speed (though he died in a car crash speeding), to Sonny Bono singing about Tammy’s “bummer,” to Pee-wee Herman warning us all about the dangers of crack! Whatever works, right?!
